Brian Uhl (American, b. 1985) is a mixed media artist living in Chicago. His drawings, paintings and prints and tattoos are both compulsory and cathartic, quantifying the unquantifiable. After receiving his diploma from The School For Creative and Performing Arts, he went on to get a BFA in Illustration from CCAD in Columbus, OH. Brian's art has been shown at Gallery Nucleus, Talon and Antler Galleries (Portland), Spring Break LA, mepainstme in NYC and No Place in Columbus OH. One of his self-publications can be seen in Printed Matter’s permanent collection; the production of which he received the Make Learn Build grant for from RACC.
