Tornike Robaqidze was born in Georgia in 1995. He earned a degree in architecure from the Georgian Technical University and then went on to study fine art at the Tbilisi State Art Academy, where he earned his masters degree in 2019. After graduation, he began working in a variety of different medias, with a focus on fine art, graphics and text. He has been in the group exhibitions Tbilisi Beinale 2020 (online) and Necessary Rituals, Gallery 4710, Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2021, he had his first solo exhibition, Sometimes Heaven is a melancholic story, also atGallery 4710. Tornike Robaqidze's work is based on his own emotions and poetic experience of the world, interpreted with stories, symbols and metaphors.
