    DO YOU OFFER PAY-OVER-TIME OPTIONS?

    Yes! We offer installment plans through financing partners Art Money, Klarna and Affirm. We also offer customizable, interest-free plans through the gallery. To see what's offered in your area, contact us

     

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

    We want you to love the artwork you purchase.  Artworks can be returned, for any reason, by notifying us within 2 days of delivery. Please review our entire Return Policy here. 

     

    HOW DO I GET MY ARTWORK FEATURED IN THE FLAT FILES?

    Inclusion in The Flat Files is by invitation only. The best way to submit artwork for review by mepaintsme is to participate in our annual Open Call. Several artists who were selected from past Open Calls are now featured in The Flat Files. Click here to learn more about our Open Call program.

     

    HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

    Most artworks in The Flat File qualify for a flat rate shipping fee of $10.  Others, due to size or location, may cost more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so you can see them in advance of purchase. 

     
     
    WHERE ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED FROM?

    MEPAINTSME is based in the United States, but the artworks we sell are shipped directly to you from the Artist. The Artists featured in The Flat Files are located in countries around the world.  If you have a question about the location of a specific artwork, just let us know

     

    HOW ARE ARTWORKS PACKED?  

    Artists pack artworks using current best practices for shipping high value, fragile art.  Our artists take great care in preparing shipments. After all, it's as important to them as it is to you that the artwork arrives safely at its final destination. Most artworks will arrive in a flat-packed cardboard box; some artworks may arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.

     

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK? 

    Artworks are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. When the artwork ships, we email you a tracking number with up-to-date delivery information. 

     

    Domestic Orders (shipped within the US): Are expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. If you would like your artwork to arrive earlier, please contact mpm@mepaintsme.com for an express shipping quote. 

     

    International Orders (all other globally) : Shipping times vary due to distance and customs clearance - artworks generally arrive within 1-2 weeks, but on occasion, can take up to 3 weeks.

     

    WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES?

    In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence as well as the country the artwork is shipping from. See below for more information.

     

    Domestic Orders:  If your artwork is being shipped to the United States, a state sales tax may be added to your total. This is based on your location and local state tax regulations.  Taxes, if applicable, will be visible at checkout.
     
    International Orders: If your artwork is shipping to a location outside of the US, you may be charged VAT (Value Added Tax), GST (Goods & Services Tax), customs fees, and/or import tariffs by the postal carrier upon shipment delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like us to calculate applicable VAT and import duties in advance of purchase, please contact us.

     

    ARE ARTWORKS INSURED DURING SHIPPING? 

    That's up to you.  At checkout, you can choose to purchase shipping insurance for an additional fee. The cost for insurance is relative to the value of the artwork and generally ranges between $10 and $30.  Please note that mepaintsme is not responsible for losses or damages that happen in transit on uninsured artworks. 

     

    SHOULD I PURCHASE INSURANCE?

    Again, this is your choice. We can share that with over 100 shipments, we've had zero reports of loss or damage. But that doesn't mean it can't or won't happen in the future.  In general, we recommend playing it safe by purchasing insurance.
