Lori Taschler received her MFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. She has exhibited at various galleries in New York City including James Graham Contemporary, Jay Grim Gallery, Next To Nothing Gallery, Eyewash Gallery in Brooklyn, Andrew Kreps Gallery, Willoughby Sharp Gallery, and Semaphore Gallery. Her work is included in the Herb and Dorothy Vogel collection which was exhibited at the Akron Art Museum in Akron Ohio. She is in numerous private and public collections including Oklahoma City Museum of Art, Honolulu Academy of Arts, Portland Museum of Art, University of Alaska Museum, Academy of Art Museum Maryland, Weatherspoon Art Gallery: the University of North Carolina, University of Wyoming Art Museum, University Museum of Southern Illinois and the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum: University of Minnesota.
